Victory!! My time was 2hrs 54min. I was so happy to finish. My legs felt like jello after the race. After a few minutes of sitting I tried stand and walk and I looked like a new born calf learning to walk. My feet were so sore. I went home and took a long hot bath and then soaked my feet in ice cold water. It felt so good! I can't wait to do it again next year!!
Stopping just for a sec to say hi to friends and family and get a drink of the ice cold water. Just 3 miles left from here.
I must say the weather was perfect! It was overcast and cool.
Today was the big day!! TOU Half Marathon. I was up at 4:00am. Ready or not here we go!!
